We try to get orders out the same day (except weekends and stat holidays) and they are despatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (a signature will be required) so they should arrive with you in the next few days.
You'll shortly receive TWO emails - firstly, an order confirmation email (which is the email we send from our system when you hit the Send Order button ) confirming your order - please check your delivery details and if there is anything wrong , such as no building number, then just drop us a quick email (onlineteam(AT)fakebake.co.uk) to let us know and we'll update your details and hopefully, your order won't be delayed because of it.
Protex will also send you a payment confirmation email - this is your proof of purchase. And you'll know that your order has gone through correctly.
