How long will it take to get my Fake Bake?

Typically, orders take between 2-5 working days to reach you.We send all orders out via Royal Mail . We would ask that you allow extra time for weekends and public holidays.

I still haven't received it?

If you still haven't received it after seven working days, please give us a call on 08448 56 57 58 - or drop us an email (onlineteam@fakebake.co.uk) and we'll contact Royal Mail on your behalf and trace the item for you.

I need to return an item?

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the delivery date, if it is new, unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.

If the products have already been posted to you, you must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will refund your credit or debit card with the price of the products within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. You should return products with a cover note/ original order information which includes your full name, e-mail address, and an order reference number.

We recommend using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to post your products back to us as we cannot be held responsible if your return goes astray in the post.
